From scattered deadlines to a place to start.

  1. Download your Canvas calendar.

    In Canvas, open Calendar, then Calendar Feed, and download your personal .ics file. Bring that file to Lyceum. No API token needed.

  2. Choose what still needs doing.

    Preview the file and select unfinished deadlines to copy. If an entry has a date but no time, confirm a planning deadline in your account's timezone.

  3. Make room for the work.

    Add a realistic time estimate to each task. Set your study hours, then open Today for suggested work blocks that fit your available time.

Give the work time.

Your estimates help Today suggest study blocks around your availability. Mark tasks complete as you finish, and adjust their estimates as you learn what the work takes. Keep Canvas as your source for assignment details and deadline changes.

What your calendar brings over.

This copies selected deadlines as personal tasks. Grades, course materials, and submission status are not imported. Tasks appear on Today; they are not added to the Calendar view or Ari's assignment tools. Full Canvas sync requires school-approved OAuth, which is not live yet.
